Payment for all repairs is due in full upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit/debit cards. Please note that a 4% processing fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions to cover the costs of processing the payment.
We provide services on a non-refundable basis. Once payment has been made for our service, there will be no refunds issued. This policy applies to all of our services. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the service or change of mind. We strive to provide high-quality services and encourage all customers to carefully review our service description and contact us with any questions or concerns before making a purchase. By engaging our services, you agree to our no refund policy.
We stand behind our services and are committed to providing high-quality repairs to our customers. We offer a 90-day warranty on all parts and labor performed by our technicians.
Our warranty does not cover the following:
- Any issues unrelated to the repair.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Damage caused by environmental factors or natural disasters.
If you experience any issues with the repair within 90 days of the service date, please contact us. We will send a technician to diagnose and fix the issue free of charge, as long as the issue is related to the original repair.
Please note that services not covered by the warranty will be charged according to our company's rates. If a new part needs to be installed to fix the issue, the new part will be covered under the remainder of the 90-day warranty period. The warranty period for the new part will not exceed the original 90-day warranty period.
Once a quote has been approved, there can be no cancellation of the service. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to work with you to reschedule the service if possible. However, if a cancellation is necessary, the cancellation fee may be subjected.
